In this role, you will manage financial activities, compliance, and reporting related to grants, ensuring accuracy and adherence to funder requirements. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented accounting professional with an in-depth understanding of grant management in the non-profit space. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee post-award grant management, including budgeting, compliance, and reporting. + Maintain accurate records of grant expenditures and reconciliations. + Prepare detailed financial reports for grant funders while ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies. + Collaborate with program managers to forecast and monitor grant spending. + Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed. Requirements + A minimum of 3 years of grant accounting experience within the non-profit sector. + Strong knowledge of grant compliance, reporting standards, and funder guidelines. + Proficiency in accounting software and familiarity with financial reporting tools. + Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. + Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
