Staff Accountant I - Investment Accounting & Reporting
Education/Certificates:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance requiredA CPA (or equivalent) designation is a plusExperience:

Prepare monthly bank and account reconciliationsAssist in monthly, quarterly and year end close proceduresPerform monthly fund consolidationPrepare equity batch transactions for investor contributions and distributions based on understanding of investor/investee relationshipsPrepare consolidated historical GAAP, Market Value and IFRS financial statements required by lenders and investorsGenerate fund performance reports (e.g. TWR, IRR, budget vs. actual) as required by investorsAssist with financial audits as well as preparing work papers required by external auditorsPrepare journal entries for transactions Process fund APPrepare Subscription Facility borrowing requestsPrepare capital calls and process distributionsPrepare lender compliance reportsOther projects as assignedOUR COMPANY:

$25.00 - $30.00
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.
The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
