Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday 

Main Function: Assists with various accounting functions related to all system corporations as assigned.

Job Specific Competencies: 

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting standards and exhibits strong accounting skills.  Demonstrates the ability to work independently and in-group settings.  Exhibits flexibility in decision-making and prioritizing assignments. Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with co-workers, department managers and executive team.  Actively contributes suggestions for cost-saving areas within the Health System.  Assists other members of the Finance Department in projects as needed and is a team player. Demonstrate support of the Thompson Way program in various activities.  Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information including but not limited to the patients, staff and the health system.

Qualifications:

High level of analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel

Education:      

Required Bachelors degree in Accounting or comparable amount of work related experience.

Experience:

A minimum of two to three year’s financial accounting experience.

Pay Range: $31.00 - $35.00

Starting Pay: Based on experience
