Description We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our client's non-profit organization. The chosen candidate will prepare financial reports to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. Responsibilities: + Working under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, conduct routine and non-routine accounting duties including financial reporting, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations. + Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and president’s reports. + Assist in budget preparation and management activities. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. + 2-3 years of accounting or related experience, non-profit experience a plus. + Understanding of GAAP and non-profit accounting standards. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with relevant accounting software. + Excellent communication and time management skills.
