The Staff Accountant-Transitions is responsible for assisting with the centralized accounting processes of the properties transitioning in/out and new builds. This position will provide a wealth of learning with opportunities to grow.  Candidates will need to be flexible able to multi-task while still being able to stay focused on quality accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline driven fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance requiredExperience in multi-unit real estate/hospitality accounting environment a plus.Knowledge of general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable and business intelligence and reporting toolsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel <span style= Property Details
