The Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC) of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an independent, exceptionally talented, motivated, and creative Agile Transformation Facilitator Lead who will be accountable and responsible for implementing a strategy for adoption of agile project management across the organization. This includes training of teams on Agile principles and ceremonies as well as continuous monitoring of progress towards the goal of working within an agile framework. You will also be responsible for setting up metrics to provide feedback and insights to agile teams as well as communicate out progress to stakeholders.

This position is located at our ATL - located outside of Baltimore, Maryland - where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers as well as emerging technology programs. Northrop Grumman’s ATL semiconductor foundry is a unique capability supporting a range of production microelectronic devices (Silicon, Gallium Arsenide, Gallium Nitride, and Silicon Carbide) and providing leading edge technology development in Superconducting Electronics and Super-Lattice Castellated Field-Effect Transistors (SLCFET). Our devices enable Northrop Grumman’s ground-based radars, airborne radars, and space systems.

The candidate must have experience with implementing agile methodology, change management, have excellent communication skills, and the capability to innovate while challenging traditional ways of doing business.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors with 12 years of relevant experience (10 years with a Masters, 7 years with a PhD).

Ability to formulate, communicate and execute complex project plans and initiatives

Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate

Proven skills/experience with change management

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Must have advanced knowledge of Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence)

Must have advanced experience and knowledge of Agile Methodologies

One of the following certifications: Product Owner, Agile Practitioner, Agile Coach

Must be a US citizen

Must be able to obtain a DoD TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Product Owner

Agile Certified Practitioner

Agile Coach Certification

Experience in semiconductor foundry is preferred, or related experience in process or other production

Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

Salary Range: $163,200.00 - $244,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
