Staff Analyst | $35.00 | Mon – Fri /Days 8:00 am – 5:00 pm /Full Onsite – Contract 6 months plus What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $35.00Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Location: Downtown HoustonContract 6 months plus with possible extensionWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job DescriptionProvide performance consulting, Conduct field research, focus groups, training interventions, and designing other diagnostic tools. Recommend and implement appropriate solutions enhancing organizational, team and individual performance Responsibilities:Partner with Organizational Development Division Manager to provide performance consulting, recommend and implement appropriate solutions enhancing organizational, team and individual performance supporting the Involve & Evolve Employee Engagement framework. This includes conducting field research, focus groups, training interventions, and designing other diagnostic tools. Advanced data analysis skills using MS Power BI and Qualtrics; analytical capabilities balanced with relationship skills; organizational and project management; extensive use MS office 365 applications (Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint. PowerPoint, Forms, Word, Lists and Power apps); advanced team dynamics, facilitation skills. Experience with Canva or Articulate 360 will be a plus; public sector experience with cultural transformation is also preferred. Qualifications and Requirements:Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a field directly related to the type of work being performed. Graduate degrees related to the type of work to be performed may substitute for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis .Three years of professional administrative, financial or analytical experience related to the type of work being performed are required. Professional experience related to the type of work to be performed may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.Advanced data analysis skills using MS Power BI and Qualtrics; analytical capabilities balanced with relationship skills; organizational and project management; Extensive use MS office 365 applications (Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint.
