Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished System and Application Engineering in the Inductive Position Sensing Product Line, you will support hardware, software, and lab activities within the System and Application Engineering team. Your role will involve developing reference designs, production tools software, sensor designs, and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

PCB Board development for inductive sensors including LayoutSupport prototype assembly of Application ModulesSimulation of Inductive Sensor Elements with internally developed Simulation ToolCreate and maintain technical customer documentation (app notes, user manuals, etc...)Measure and test on Inductive Position Sensor Modules on a Test-BenchCustomer support activitiesCustomer guidance from a sensor prototype to a mass market productOccasional business trips to different Renesas sites as well as to customers
Qualifications
A university degree in the field of electronic, electromechanics or similarSolid expertise in PCB design and layout – Altium is very much beneficialKnowledge of electronic laboratory equipment such as Oscilloscopes or function generators Transparent and pro-active sharing of information and agile working mindsetOpen-minded communicative person enjoying working within a global TeamProgramming language skills such as LabView (C or Python) is beneficialVery good English language, both verbally and written
