Mission Critical is an international practice for Burns & McDonnell involving exciting, collaborative work across many departments. Responsibilities: + Provide project team leadership and coordination for finished plans, specification, and material selections; ensure design intent is incorporated into the construction documentation + Lead and produce accurate technical and contract documentation for project construction + Lead and participate in construction administration, bid review and support, site visits, address technical issues, and improve quality during construction + Work with government and regulatory agencies to achieve overall project schedule and objectives + Manage resources to produce 3D software renderings and critical presentations **Qualifications** + Bachelor Degree in Architecture from an accredited program and 4 years of architectural experience or Master Degree in Architecture and 3 years of architectural experience required. Consulting experience preferred. + Demonstrated progress toward becoming a Registered Architect. + Strong knowledge in standard architectural techniques and procedures. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills. + Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) + Strong computer skills (e.g. BIM (Revit), Adobe Suites, and 3D rendering programs). + Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills. **Job** Architecture **Primary Location** US-VA-Roanoke **Schedule:** Full-time **Travel:** Yes, 10 % of the Time **Req ID:** 235532 **Job Hire Type** Experienced #LI-EH #GFS
