What you’ll do:

Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals

Plan domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books and, triptiks)

Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes

Lead, guide and direct the daily operations of the Retail Store, including administrative and associate-related issues in the absence of the Retail Manager

Serve as backup to the cashiers

What we are looking for:

Have a high school diploma/GED

Minimum of six (6) months of sales/customer service experience

Have effective communication skills both written and oral

Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs

Ability to read maps and geography knowledge a plus

For Pennsylvania employees:

Ability to successfully complete the On-Line Messenger (OLM) Certification testing within ninety (90) days of receiving system authorization.

Ability to successfully complete the Basic Agent Services Training course within one year month of hire.

Ability to successfully complete the Advance Agent Services Training course every two (2) years.

As a Staff Assistant/Team Lead, you will support the Retail Manager to help enhance the customer experience by leading associates to success and promoting our Shared Values culture.
