What We Offer:
+ Convenient Store Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM, Saturday 9AM - 1PM.
+ Competitive Pay – The starting base compensation for this position is $22.69 to $29.00/hour. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

Role Summary: Staff Assistant/Team LeadIn this role, you’ll be an integral part of the store’s success, helping guide the team to deliver outstanding service and member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Drive revenue by up-selling and cross-selling AAA products, including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
+ Plan domestic travel vacations for members, assisting with car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and TripTiks.
+ Assist with overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak times.
+ Support the Retail Manager in enhancing the customer experience by leading associates and promoting AAA’s Shared Values.
+ Oversee store operations in the absence of the Retail Manager, addressing administrative and associate-related needs.
+ Serve as backup for cashiers when needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Education: High school diploma/GED required.
+ Experience: At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
+ Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and oral; proficient computer skills and the ability to multitask across various websites and programs.
+ Bonus: Knowledge of maps and geography is a plus!
