Staff Business Analyst

The ADG (Aerospace, Defense, Government Business Group) Customer Centric Services team is seeking a Staff Business Analyst to support process, workflow, and reporting improvement and automation in alignment with internal customer needs!

 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Support process, workflow, and reporting improvement and automation with a data focus in alignment with internal customer needs Drive solutions to complex problems, both independently and within a team Complete work on a defined timeline Support multiple initiatives with varying priorities Provide guidance to others as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your field Who You Are:
The Staff Business Analyst is accountable for driving success in IT and data-heavy projects that they handle for internal customers. The individual in this role is capable of working collaboratively and independently, is highly detail-oriented, is adept at managing large and complex data sets, and has established skills with Excel and Python coding. The ideal candidate is capable of creating solutions based on requirements from a variety of stakeholders, able to work with a variety of systems (willing to learn new tools), and is willing to learn new skills to support their projects.   For This Role, You Will Need: Advanced Microsoft Suite experience, especially Excel Experience with code-based projects involving large and/or complex data sets Independent and collaborative work environments Strong communication and presentation/demo skills Ability to manage stakeholder requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience driving timely solutions to complex problems     For This Role, You Will Need: Proven skill growth initiative (eg. completed certifications, courses, workshops, etc.) Experience with managing small projects with multiple stakeholders Experience working on continuous improvement projects Degree in an IT, Computer Science, or STEM field Related degree preferred
