With ample opportunities for career advancement and our great benefits, we are sure to give you a challenging yet satisfying job experience! **Responsibilities:** + Assist Project Managers with technical, and civil engineering design or provide Project Management + Perform technical engineering work associated with land development and/or water resources: + Water and wastewater infrastructure design + Stormwater management design + Site grading + Erosion and sediment control design + Prepare plans for agency/municipal review + Completion of various land development and environmental permitting applications + Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors + Candidate should be a critical thinker, be willing to learn through trial and error, be self-motivated, and willing to put the full effort towards the task at hand + Candidate should have a strong desire to grow and advance as an engineer or technical designer **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited institution + 5+ years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or civil-site engineering design + AutoCAD proficiency required, Civil 3D preferred + Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software preferred + Knowledge of green infrastructure practices, such as bioretention systems, permeable pavement, infiltration systems, and green roofs + Familiarity with ArcGIS software + Must be able to pass a background check to be considered **Benefits:** + Flexible Work Environment + Paid Parental Leave + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life and AD&D Insurance + Short-Term and Long-Term Disability + 401(k) with Company Match + Paid Time Off + Holidays
