Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Staff Design Technologist to design and develop engaging, interactive training content using multimedia and other tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both multimedia production and technical writing, with a proven ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and visually appealing formats, providing a digital cinema experience for our training materials.
What you'll bring
+ Experience: 5+ years in design technology, with a focus on leading and innovating in complex domains.
+ Strong understanding and professional use of GenAI, LLM, NLU, CSS, JavaScript, and similar technologies.
+ Proficiency in video rendering tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar, with a demonstrated ability to generate high-quality video outputs from raw footage, effectively combining elements like effects and transitions.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Design Technology, Media Production, or a relevant field.
+ Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts verbally and in writing.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
+ Relevant certifications in design technology, AI/ML, or related fields are a plus.

+ Clearly convey the design technology strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Mentor team members on applying and communicating data, analytics, research, and technology.
+ Experienced managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality.
+ Manages projects, meet deadlines, maintains quality, and uses storytelling to connect with audiences.
+ Stay up to date with the latest advancements and future trends in technology and design.
+ Research and recommend innovative GenAl solutions aligned with team requirements and strategic goals.
+ Assess and promote the adoption of tools and frameworks that leverage GenAl and other cutting-edge technologies including advanced video rendering tools.
+ Ensure seamless integration of these tools into the design and development processes.
+ Strong capability in creating and structuring content, including sound design, animations, and motion graphics, for a digital cinema experience.
+ Familiarity with sales, UX design principles, and experience in creating e-learning modules.
+ Develop strategies to solve complex use cases as they arise.
+ Establish efficient and scalable processes for integrating GenAl throughout the design cycle.
+ Collaborate with teams to identify and address gaps in processes, tools, data, and technologies.
+ Drive best practices in LLM, NLU, CSS, JavaScript, and advanced video rendering tools to improve experiences.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $171,500 - 232,000, Southern California $160,000 - 216,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits) (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
