Job Description
Define DFT strategy, architecture, and provide technical guideline for DFT design & verificationPerform DFT design and verification (MBIST, SCAN, LBIST,...)DFT mode SDC (timing constraint) develop & analysis.Analyze & improve test coverage, test time, reduce area/timing/routing congestion issue.Tester pattern making, tester pattern debugging.Collaborate with FE/BE teams to drive the entire products design
Qualifications
Experienced in DFT design; Experienced with Tessent & SSN is a plusBachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Telecoms/Electronics or similar.Solid knowledge in using EDA tool (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemen, ...)Have experience in logic related design activitíe (clock design, system control design, synthesis, RTL design, logic verification,...)Good written and oral communication (in English) & interpersonal skillsStrong team-oriented working and good relationship-building with othersLong-term working commitment
