Job Description
The Staff Digital Delivery Specialist will perform all aspects of digital project delivery, advancing the company's position and facilitating collaboration on activities, pursuits, and projects. This role involves working on various projects with a diverse portfolio of project types and clients. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination and collaboration on critical digital delivery initiatives is desired.
ResponsibilitiesPerform tasks that support the development of digital delivery standards, processes, and tools.Implement Integrated Project Delivery for design-build projects.Execute digital delivery tasks using QA/QC standards to adhere to digital delivery scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.Identify clash detection issues and follow the reporting and resolution process.Responsible for all aspects of project setup, including model file setup, digital project setup, project access, cloud services, digital procurement, and miscellaneous support tasks.Prepare and present digital model presentations for clients.Execute changes to virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders.Research and compile required project-related data and perform metadata audits.Provide digital delivery content for the entire project lifecycle.Provide project budget estimates for the digital delivery scope.Define and recommend digital delivery methods, procedures, and tools in collaboration with the project team.Develop and integrate the digital delivery schedule and ensure project compliance.Comply with all policies and standards.Essential SkillsAbility to learn and effectively utilize new software programs.Ability to execute and integrate digital delivery into EPC projects.Advanced knowledge of digital delivery software, standards, and project deliverables.Ability to integrate multiple BIM models across various software platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail, facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications8 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams in lieu of a degree.Work Environment
The work environment includes the use of advanced digital delivery software and tools. The role requires close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with project standards. The position involves both office-based tasks and client-facing presentations, with a focus on maintaining high standards and adherence to schedules and budgets.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00/hr.
