Staff Electronics Engineer

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Analyze customer requirements and derive suitable hardware solutionsCreate the electrical concept and schematicsDefine requirements for motor control software and interfacing hardware components including voltage and current sensors, power stages, resolvers etc.Run simulations and analysis of designed circuitsComponent selection, Bill of Material preparationTest plan creation, test setup definition, test execution and report creationRun evaluation tests on prototypes and test designed hardware against requirementsParticipate in international and multi-site projectsFollow routine procedures and best practices in related engineering tasksTroubleshoot design problems (functional, EMC, reliability etc.) and determining solutionsCreate product documentation including deratings, performace specification and inputs for reliability assessement, DFMA/PFMA etc.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related6+ years of experience in electronics engineeringProven experience in complex analog and digital circuits designKnowledge of fundamentals of electric motors and drive systems analysis, modeling and controlWorking level experience with Matlab/Simulink, PLECS or similar tools is appreciatedPractical knowledge of simulation tools (PSpice or similar) and design tools (Mentor Graphics, Altium)Proven experience as active memeber in minimum one full cycle of project (from requirements to indutrializaiton)Experience with safety-driven development processes (e.g. DO-254 or ISO 26262 based)Experience in using of common lab tools including Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, etcStrong teamwork and communication skills; ability to operate in the international project teamGood English and Polish languages skills; able to explain technical topicsAerospace, Medical or Automotive background is welcome
