Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Standardize DGR(Daily Growth Rate) for manpower, machines, ASM line and workstations in cleanroom operationsOptimize and standardize the headcount for all cleanroom process.Monitoring and maintaining standard DGR and standard Headcount without operational impactDrive continuous productivity improvement, manpower and capital investmentStudy detail working element, identify gaps and guide MFG team for proper methodLead new cross-functional solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related fieldsAt least 5 years of work experience in Factory, Operations and Project ManagementIndustrial Engineering techniques and Lean ManufacturingCoaching / Mentoring experienceSkilled in MS Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel

PREFERRED:

Lean/Six Sigma certificationDigital Lean certificationSkill in JMP / MinitabKnowledge in Project ManagementProficiency in OTRS, Power BI, Spotfire and ChatGPT, etc.

SKILLS:

Excellent understanding of factory operations, constraints, and mitigation actionsAdvanced skills in motion time study and data analysis, with a focus on identifying technical gapsStrong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influenceCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional team
