Job Title: Staff Engineer
Job Description

This person will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our company's battery technology. They will also be conducting reliability risk assessment and Design for Reliability (DfR) initiatives on Li-ion battery powered products, proceeding to plan and oversee the execution of demonstration tests, analyzing test data, determining root causes of failures, and developing and implementing strategies to improve battery reliability.
