The scope of responsibility includes, but is not limited to; process improvements, cost reduction activities, equipment replacement, and/or development of new processes and equipment. Depending on the department, this position may serve as a leader with direct reports and managerial responsibilities or will oversee project teams with overall responsibilities for oversight and direction of projects. **Job Details/Responsibilities** + Maintain and follow TMC Quality System requirements; including but not limited to understanding of change control, validation, documentation practices, and design control requirements.
