The Staff Environmental Scientist will work with the office’s Natural Cultural Resources group in our Environmental Services Global Practice to perform the following duties:
Coordinate with project teams on a variety of tasks, including completion of field surveys, environmental permitting with federal, state, and local agencies, and review of necessary project reports and materials.Assist with completion of field investigations that may include habitat evaluations for threatened and endangered species and/or evaluation of other potentially sensitive resources and wetland delineations..Compile and analyze field data to compose technical reports presenting results from field investigations and develop appropriate applications/consultations necessary for various regulatory approvals.Assist project manager with field-oriented tasks, project permit tracking, agency consultations.Ensure compliance with company safety policies.All other duties as assigned.
