We’re looking for a Staff Executive Sourcer to join the People Team supporting our executive hiring needs! This will be a 6-month fixed term position.
What you’ll do:
Embed yourself into a client group as the resident expert on available talent in-market for Sales, Marketing, Branding & all other Go-to-Market functions
Work alongside a small but dedicated team that competes to find humble, collaborative, razor-sharp industry leaders in corporate departments to join our team
Develop, maintain and deliver market research to drive short & long-term hiring and opportunistic introductions for high-impact roles
Conduct proactive pipelining to serve succession planning & building of diverse pipelines
Partner with Executive Recruiting to build a method of tracking & storing talent intelligence
Partner with executives to execute their hiring needs and source for executive level roles
Collaborate with Talent leadership, HR Business Partners and other cross-functional teams to drive our talent strategy
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Solid experience sourcing, inclusive of specialized and niche Marketing, Sales and Product positions
Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and influence senior leaders to drive strategic recruiting
Consistently achieved or exceeded performance goals by engaging and attracting top-tier talent
Experience sourcing Director to VP+ talent (L8-L10+) and engaging in a way that resonates with tenured leaders
Well-connected with an extensive and diverse talent network
Ability to work with, and influence, multiple facets of the organization (i.e., across function, level, location, etc.) and tailor communication based on the audience
Outstanding interpersonal skills, and extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through
Stellar organizational skills, working with a sound sense of urgency and possessing the ability to quickly prioritize various top priorities
Ability to think operationally and develop processes for efficiency
Strong attention to detail and adherence to established HR & TA processes
Embodiment of Snap’s values of Kind, Smart, and Creative in all that you do and everyone you interact with
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
3+ years experience performing research or sourcing for niche roles
2+ years partnering with senior business leaders in Sales and Marketing (e.g. Sr Director of Sales, VP of Product Marketing, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of demonstrated experience in hiring for Digital Ad Sales vertical and Go-to-Market positions
3+ years experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a CRM)
2+ years experience creating strategic sourcing workflows using specialized tools (Seekout, Gem, Hiretual, etc.)

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually.Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually.
