ResponsibilitiesLead and participate in field assignments, focusing on geotechnical construction observation.Conduct construction observation and special inspections.Communicate efficiently with contractors, clients, and team members.Work weekends and overtime as needed.Travel overnight and interstate when necessary.Essential Skills1-2 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or Civil Engineering.EIT or GIT certification.Proficiency in soils classification and construction observation documentation.Reliable transportation to project sites and a valid Driver’s License with a clean record.Ability to pass drug testing.Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Teams, etc.Additional Skills & QualificationsPE certification is a plus.Experience with AutoCAD.Work EnvironmentEmbrace the challenge of 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6pm, working 14 days straight with 3 days off, over a 6-month project duration.
