As a Staff Geologist, you'll lead and participate in field assignments, including geotechnical construction observation. This exciting role involves special inspections and effective communication with contractors, clients, and team members. Be prepared for weekend and overtime work, with occasional overnight and interstate travel.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and participate in field assignments, focusing on geotechnical construction observation.
+ Conduct construction observation and special inspections.
+ Communicate efficiently with contractors, clients, and team members.
+ Work weekends and overtime as needed.
+ Travel overnight and interstate when necessary.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or Civil Engineering.
+ EIT or GIT certification.
+ Proficiency in soils classification and construction observation documentation.
+ Reliable transportation to project sites and a valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
+ Ability to pass drug testing.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Teams, etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ PE certification is a plus.
+ Experience with AutoCAD.
Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00
