Kforce has a client that is seeking a Staff IT Systems Administrator in Boston, MA. Summary: The Senior IT Systems Administrator will help maintain and improve our SaaS systems and end-user support for all remote workers worldwide. We are looking for an energetic people-person to be able to interface enthusiastically with all levels of users to support our stablecoin/blockchain product. What you will work on: * Implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure * Led the IT response in the areas of IT Incident, Response, and Problems for our user tickets * Provide L1/L2 support as part of the IT Support Team * Leverage our data/metrics to improve KPI's to help drive compliance * With the IT leadership, help drive functional areas of IT through process and technology * Collaborate with IT teammates and other stakeholders to mature our ITIL processes
