The Staff Operations Lead acts as a partner to the CPO, supporting coordination across the Global Supply Chain Solutions (GSCS) leadership team and the GSCS organization to execute key initiatives, ensure effective communication, and supports organizational alignment. The position will help establish and maintain the organization’s day-to-day rhythm. The GSCS Staff Operations Lead routinely takes on the role of a project manager, overseeing various projects and initiatives that require cross-organization collaboration.
Your Day to Day:
Overseeing the implementation of assigned GSCS staff initiatives, from development through execution, under the supervision of senior leadership Provide high-level support to the GSCS staff, including coordination of operating pace, creating agendas, and communicating expectations to participants. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and special events, handling logistics and providing necessary materials and support. Coordinate, and complete monthly reporting packages including the Monthly Operations Report (MOR), and Monthly GSCS Staff Meetings. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and briefings to GSCS staff and stakeholders. Design and implement improvements to GSCS staff procedures and structure to increase efficiency Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making and planning. With limited guidance, assume responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing projects of varying sizes and complexities. Execute special projects as identified by the CPO. Participate in planning and execution of initiatives with the GSCS staff Facilitate the successful execution of the Corrective Action Program (CAP) including GSCS staff review meetings, CAP metrics and reporting. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, always maintaining confidentiality. The duties listed are not inclusive of all functions/responsibilities of the position.
Who You Are:
BA/BS degree in business or supply chain or equivalent experience 5+ years’ job relevant experience, 10+ years typical Supply Chain Certifications preferred
