We are looking for an on-site manager in Laredo Texas! 

 

Job title: Staff Performance Manager

Pay: This is a salaried position equivalent to $18-$21/HR (based on experience)

Schedule: 1st shift – 8a-5p (includes 1 HR lunch; hours may vary depending on client need)

 

Job Description:

The Staff Performance Manager oversees daily personnel operations to ensure timely and quality customer service. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, coaching, and anticipating staffing needs. This role emphasizes client satisfaction, fostering relationships, and developing value-added services.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily recruitment activities, including screening and interviews. Lead new hire orientations and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements. Communicate workforce needs and solutions to clients; participate in forecasting meetings. Manage attendance, headcount reports, and process weekly payroll. Utilize CRM, Power BI, and time/attendance software for reporting. Document safety incidents, handle worker’s comp claims, and coach associates on legal policies. Develop rapport with management and supervisors, complete client relationship mapping. Conduct employee performance reviews and make assignments/terminations based on performance.

Requirements:

Experience in customer service and multi-level client communication. HR and data management expertise Successful track record in team or process management. Familiarity with process-oriented environments. Leadership skills in team building and organization. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in operational software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools. Professional communication skills across all platforms.
