General Summary
The Patient Care Clinician is responsible for the assessment of patients including development, evaluation, and modification of the plan of care. This person interprets and performs complex patient care procedures specific to their area of expertise. Clinicians are members of the Care Team and Support Team and have accountability to function as a team to accomplish patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care. Patients service include infant through adult-geriatric.

The Patient Care Clinician Staff Pharmacist will report to the Director of Pharmacy or designee with interaction with the Clinical Coordinator.

QualificationsEducation: Graduate from accredited school of Pharmacy required.Licensure: Current Maryland License or eligible for licensure in the State of Maryland required.Work Experience: One – two years working experience in an institutional setting preferred.Working Conditions
