Identify, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease/ prevent deformity. Responsible for mentoring Therapists, Assistants, Technicians, and Students. Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care. Participates in CQI activities. Promote department and hospital. **Other information:** **Qualifications** **EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS** + Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited School of Physical Therapy. **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT** + None. **LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION** + Current NC Board of Physical Therapy license or eligible. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS** + Analytical abilities to delegate personnel, problem solve with positive solutions. Good interpersonal and communication skills required to facilitate interactions with stated customers and staff members. **WORK ENVIRONMENT** + Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, temperature changes and occasional noxious odors.
