Key Responsibilities:
+ Drive the development and optimization of DSP operations, leading technical transfers and implementing cutting-edge solutions that improve production efficiency and product quality.
+ Oversee all aspects of equipment, process, and quality from start to finish. Proactively evaluate and improve processes to optimize performance.
+ Maintain advanced knowledge of standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure activities adhere to internal and external regulations. Conduct Gemba walks to improve safety, quality, reliability, cost, and scheduling.
+ Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements that boost operational efficiency, and enhance production capabilities using sophisticated data analysis and LEAN methodologies.
+ Guide and develop team members through technical mentoring, crafting comprehensive documentation, and encouraging an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
**Qualifications**
Education:
+ University Master's degree in Bioprocessing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
+ 7+ years of proven experience in biopharmaceutical processing
+ Professional English proficiency (B2 level)
+ Expert-level knowledge of GMP requirements and downstream processing operations
Experience and Skills:
Technical Proficiencies:
+ Advanced data analysis capabilities
+ MS Office skills
+ Experience with business applications and process monitoring tools
+ Strong background in process validation and qualification
