Key Responsibilities: + Drive the development and optimization of DSP operations, leading technical transfers and implementing cutting-edge solutions that improve production efficiency and product quality. + Oversee all aspects of equipment, process, and quality from start to finish. Proactively evaluate and improve processes to optimize performance. + Maintain advanced knowledge of standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure activities adhere to internal and external regulations.
