Discord is your place to talk. Whether you're part of a school club, gaming group, worldwide art community, or just a handful of friends that want to spend time together, millions of people use Discord every day to create connections, hang out, and talk.
As a Staff Designer and leader within the organization, you’ll actively define what design quality means within Discord Design, and collaborate across teams to define and execute future evolutions of the product.
On the Platform Ecosystems team, you will partner with UXR, Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists on the Platform Ecosystems team to craft intuitive and delightful experiences for two critical audiences: App developers who bring delightful activities, bots, and games to the platform, and users who need intuitive ways to discover, and enjoy them with friends. You will combine deep user empathy with a balance of UX, UI, prototyping, and visual design skills to enable frictionless experiences, and mentor more junior designers in doing the same.
If you're interested in joining a passionate team of designers that are creating fun experiences for millions of people across the world, Discord is the place to be.
