Staff Program Manager (Contingent)
+ Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives + Oversee multiple projects, coordinating activities and resources across teams + Communicate with senior stakeholders, providing high-level updates and addressing critical issues + Develop and implement program plans, budgeting positions, schedules, and execution strategy + Apply and correlate knowledge of multiple disciplines (engineering, logistics, financial management, contracting, and configuration management) to achieve cohesive program execution in accordance with assigned cost, schedule & performance requirements + Logically and systematically convert customer or product/technical requirements into solutions that recognize technical, schedule, and cost constraints; identify associated risks and manage mitigation plans + Provide higher management with status and decision information on key program issues + Ensure contractual needs/concerns are addressed + Ensure timely and accurate submission of all reports/deliverables + Other duties as assigned This position is contingent upon contract award. Requirements Education/Training: + Master's Degree in Business, Management, or related scientific /technical discipline required + PMP Certification preferred Experience: + 10+ years of professional experience in Defense Acquisition required + 3+ years of experience in Navy Acquisition Management required Security: + Must be a US citizen + Successful candidates will be required to obtain a DoD issued Secret clearance within 90 days of start date + Active DoD issued clearance at level Secret or above preferred Physical Requirements: + Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms + Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk + Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.) + Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time Benefits + Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) + Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) + Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) + Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) + Short Term & Long Term Disability + Training & Development + Wellness Resources Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards.
