**Salary/Pay** **Range** : $71,662 - $76,103 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.

**Summary**
Providing psychotherapy (individual, couple/family, group) and other forms of psychological support to UCCS students; providing clinical supervision to Wellness Center Mental Health Services (WCMHS) trainees; providing campus-wide psychoeducation/outreach sessions on various relevant topics; and carrying out risk assessments and crisis interventions for UCCS students; and provide support for the educational and neuropsychological testing services, as well as inform service decisions for WCHS.
**Essential Functions**
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
This position provides both clinical and non-clinical services. Clinical services entail clinical psychology and counseling services to UCCS students, whose personal/emotional life are interfering with their ability to perform academically. The aforementioned direct clinical services include:
+ Psychotherapy services in individual therapy, group therapy, couple therapy, and family therapy formats. Whenever clinically necessary, making appropriate referrals to on- and off- campus services and being available to contribute to case consultations with these agencies.
+ Assist WCMHS Director and the WCMHS Director of Clinical Training in Developing and implementing data collection strategies to keep track of various service data to help with billing of non-Wellness Center units/agencies, contribute to data collection of services provided by the WCMHS, and help analyze the collected data to be able to inform service decisions based on outcomes information.
+ Responding to psychological crises/emergency calls to WCMHS; be available to make assessments; and carry out crisis/emergency interventions; in addition to contribute to the weeklong on-call duties of the WCMHS clinicians.
+ Coordinate educational and neuropsychological testing services for UCCS students and partner with the OCT to provide training and supervision for trainees who partake in the testing services.
+ Whenever there are mandatory referrals from other offices in the university for services (i.e. education/outreach, counseling, and evaluations), providing the required support service and/or assisting other clinicians in carrying out the request at the Center as needed.
+ As WCMHS accepts graduate students and post- doctoral fellows from psychology and counseling programs from both UCCS and other schools, sharing the clinical supervision load of these students with other clinicians at the center. Regularly participate in supervision consultation and trainings.
+ Attend to all the staff meetings and administrative meetings that are related to position's responsibilities.
+ Partake in the WCMHSA staffs' efforts to organize and coordinate campus-wide education and prevention programs and assist in efforts to address the developmental needs of the campus.

**Qualifications**
+ A degree in Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree or Doctor of Psychology degree is required.
+ To be considered for this position you must have an active Colorado psychologist license or are eligible to obtain Colorado Psychologist license within 3 months of employment.
+ Experience providing mental health services and psychological testing is preferred.
+ Experience supervising clinical mental health trainees is preferred.
+ Experience working in a College Counseling Center is preferred.
+ Special Qualifications: Being fluent in Spanish and is able to provide clinical services to UCCS students in Spanish is also preferred.
