About the Role

We need a dedicated Staff R&D Manufacturing Scientist skilled in Process Analytical Technology (PAT) to improve pharmaceutical processes, specifically in Oral Solid Dose (OSD) Continuous Manufacturing. As part of an outstanding team, you will conduct experiments, analyze data, and introduce new PAT solutions for real-time monitoring, process control, and product innovation. Your expertise will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious goals and making a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement real-time PAT methods to improve manufacturing monitoring processes.

Conduct experiments and analyze data using sophisticated chemometric techniques.

Optimize processes by integrating analytical systems with manufacturing equipment.

Support technology transfers from R&D to commercial production environments.

Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth process development and validation.

Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting new technologies and tools.

Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

Education: BS/BA with 4 years of proven experience, MS with 2 years, or Ph.D. with 0 years.

Skills & Experience: Expertise in PAT, spectroscopy (NIR, Raman, UV), and chemometric tools (PCA, PLSR).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Knowledge of GMP, process validation, and regulatory requirements.
