The Division of Surgery is seeking to hire a full-time Research Associate to join the Orthpaedic Surgery Department. You will conduct scientific projects related to skeletal muscle dysfunction and fibrosis in cerebral palsy. Primary duties include:

Conducting human muscle and small animal tissue experimentation Performing cell culture and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) Assisting in purifying DNA, protein and RNA from cells and tissues Laboratory maintenance Data organization, management, and analysis Assisting in the preparation of manuscripts, grants, and research reports Other duties as assigned Salary range: $26.52/hr – $31.63/hr
