The Staff Regional Office Information Technology (IT) Specialist will deliver multiple audio services and general Information Technology offerings to our clients across the United States, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, customer commitment, sense of urgency, and continuous improvement. This position will assist with technical advice and support our employee-owners in quality IT and audio services.

This role involves up to 35% travel, both domestically and internationally, including the Northeast U.S. and Canada. Travel will include trips to all offices (regional, branch, project, and other field sites) as needed. This is required for project oversight, site assessments, and collaboration with local teams. Flexibility in travel scheduling is essential.

Perform installation, repair, and upgrade of computer hardware in line with company guidelines and ensure compliance with device management standards.Perform troubleshooting of hardware and software issues according to the Incident Management Process.Present training on hardware and software packages to users, while also leading training sessions on troubleshooting techniques for other IT support staff.Perform preventative IT/Network maintenance tasks and actively collaborate with the Corporate IT Infrastructure team.Resolve any issues in Audio Visual (AV) enabled spaces to complete resolution, including coordination with AV integration partners.Collaborate with AV integration partners on corporate AV standards for relocations, remodels, or expansions.Develop AV standard configurations to meet corporate needs and assist in acceptance testing for new AV installations.Actively develop and maintain business relationships with regional office staff, ensuring effective feedback loops for continuous improvement.Perform IT processes for daily activities, including asset management and IT inventory management, ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of equipment.Resolve incidents assigned from other IT groups or non-IT sources and provide support for cross-functional collaboration in regional projects.Provide AV support during presentations and setup for video conferences, ensuring full functionality and coordination with corporate AV teams.
