This opening in the Health Care Center provides the opportunity to be a part of the management team, and support direct nursing staff. Scheduler requirements: + Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota.  + Previous staff scheduling and health care experience a plus! + Must have strong customer service and communication skills. + Ability to find solutions within guidelines that create win-win situations. + Desire to support a direct care team for the older population and others in need.
