Position Summary
As a Staff Software Development Engineer at CVS Health, you will be accountable for enabling strategic, high volume, high impact, and complex technical integrations. This role will lead a team of engineers for Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering and Engagement Management. The focus for the team is managing engagement, developing highly scalable & future proofed solutions and end to end implementation. The technical and product acumen for integration, combined with solid collaboration, innovation and alignment mindset is necessary. This role is highly visible in the organization and involves frequent interactions with leaders across multiple business units, Infrastructure, PMO and Operations teams. It also requires extensive interfacing with integration consumers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about technology, great customer & product experience, active prioritization of work and people development. Clear desire to innovate and delivering on commitments will help fit in to the team culture.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience developing middleware integration solution or architecting large scale federated systems.5+ Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs that are easy to use, scalable and secure.3+ years of experience with Cloud Platform like Azure, GCP and AWS.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
