As Staff Software Engineer – AI Safety, you will be leading a team of engineers to develop ideas and products that safeguard Intuit's generative AI ecosystem. What you'll bring + BS/MS in computer science/engineering or equivalent work experience + At least 8 years of experience in software engineering and security. + Expert knowledge of backend software development (Java and Python) + Experience with AI technologies such as SageMaker, LangChain, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, DialogFlow + Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels - from front line engineers and non-technical stakeholders, to senior leaders in engineering or at the executive level. + Ability to drive velocity while partnering with data science engineering teams across multiple time zones.
