Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Internally, you will be working with technical experts to manage SW scrum team to drive scrum team execution and deliver. You will partially support technical project manager to drive program execution and deliver. You will involve partially in SW development to master basic CT SW development process, CT SW knowledge and medical device knowledge. Detail work include basic development and scrum team management. Drive scrum team on track with program plan. Make PI plan, monitor team progress, balance the priority and drive the deliver.
You are responsible for a successful delivery of the program while working as a team with a dedicated Program Architect, who will be helping with the technical aspects.
Qualification and Requirements.
BS or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Biomedical engineering or related engineering field 5 years or more experience in software development 3 years or more experience in program execution or scrum team management. Experience in all steps of the software development cycle and knowledge of configuration management tools. Software development cycle knowledge is required. Familiar with one programming language like Java, C++ or others. Experience with Unix / Linux based platforms and familiar with Linux Script like bash/ csh/ perl/ python etc. Good communication skill in English and Chinese. Strong willingness and capability to learn new things fast. MS Project skills, Agile Project delivery, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of business stakeholders. Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel is a strong plus. Experience working in complex software development projects is preferred.
