Prism is Enverus' flagship application for Energy Analytics data capture, aggregation and display. It also includes the ability to perform data modeling and analysis using a variety of available data sources built on web-based technology with rich functionality and graphics to complement the various data repositories. We're looking for someone to help us create a new data backend for our flagship product. What you will do: Backend development and maintenance of our data platform services built with Node.JS, document-based and GPU accelerated databases, and KubernetesCreate and maintain microservices backed by document-based databases and GPU accelerated databasesContribute to scoping, estimating, and planning projectsDebug, investigate and resolve bugs / customer issues and data problems.Focus on performance and scaling of our data infrastructureLead code reviews, API design reviews, or technical reviews of productsWrite, review and revise code in your area of expertise.Participate in end-to-end ownership of the product functionality you work on.Help, guide & mentor other team members.Working with remote US based teams.What you should have: +5 years of software development experience in building web applicationsMultiple years' experience using high level objective language, preferably Javascript and Node.jsUnderstanding fundamental design principles behind building secure and scalable applicationsExperience creating and maintaining SaaS software applicationWorking within a continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)Excellent understanding of data structure and algorithmsExperience & desire to build large scale data serving solutionsAbility to work independentlyOur Tech Stack: Javascript & Typescript, Node.js, MongoDB, SQL, Kubernetes, Azure
