Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and Angular.Mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, innovate and deliver new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by delivering zero-defect, high-quality code with a proactive approachIdentify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to devise effective solutions.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security.Create documentation of design and process requirements.Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team uses the best practices.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
