Responsibilities: * Support the Tax Manager in coordination of income tax return preparation with independent public accountants and preparation and filing of other returns * Staff Tax Accountant will assist with the coordination of all tax and compliance records along with support of the monthly accounting close and year-end audit * Assist with annual federal income and state tax returns preparation including K-1s * Assist with basis calculations for LLCs and S Corporations * Assist with all State and Local excise/franchise/business tax returns and US census filings * Assist with the annual R&D tax credit identification and coordination * As a Staff Tax Accountant, you will support the compilation and filing of tax residency certificates * Conduct tax research as needed
