Job Description SummaryIn this role, you will manage multiple projects that require domain knowledge within shop floor operations and supply chain management solutioning. As part of the Edison Works Digital Technology team, you will define, deploy, and maintain the unique shop floor technology solutions that productionize the prototyping, manufacture, assembly, and testing of business products. You will be responsible for partnering with program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and security functional partners to execute efforts to enable shop floor capabilities. To execute these efforts, you will engage the greater information technology teams including architecture, deployment, and operations. Key areas of focus will be standardizing digital products and processes to enable scalable growth in the use of the technologies. The role will also sustain digital software and hardware products once delivered or that exist currently.

Execute on simultaneous projects and initiatives through strong collaboration with business teams to understand requirements and prioritiesAssist with defining a clear and descriptive set of requirements, captured as stories, and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debtDrive seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, and Product OwnersGrow knowledge of key cross functional concepts that impact the company, business priorities, & organizational dynamicsBecome familiar with financial reviews and ensure ongoing budget trackingPositively & collaboratively lead the business through transformational change

Desired Characteristics

Experience with manufacturing management processes and tools including shop floor manufacturing machines and inspection technologiesExperience working with manufacturing execution software solutions and their design and deploymentExperience with manufacturing shop floor automation technologiesActive US DOD Security ClearanceUnderstanding and knowledge of DT Security control frameworks (i.e. NIST, ISO, etc.) as well regulatory requirements impacting DT systems (i.e. DFARS, ITAR, DoD/MoD, etc.)PMP,  Security+, or related certificationsSolid influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization  Self-starter who collaborates well with others to solve problemsRequirements / QualificationBachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experienceMinimum 3 years of professional experience in IT Product Management or ITNote: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
