Execute on simultaneous projects and initiatives through strong collaboration with business teams to understand requirements and prioritiesAssist with defining a clear and descriptive set of requirements, captured as stories, and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debtDrive seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, and Product OwnersGrow knowledge of key cross functional concepts that impact the company, business priorities, & organizational dynamicsBecome familiar with financial reviews and ensure ongoing budget trackingPositively & collaboratively lead the business through transformational changeDesired Characteristics
Experience with manufacturing management processes and tools including shop floor manufacturing machines and inspection technologiesExperience working with manufacturing execution software solutions and their design and deploymentExperience with manufacturing shop floor automation technologiesActive US DOD Security ClearanceUnderstanding and knowledge of DT Security control frameworks (i.e. NIST, ISO, etc.) as well regulatory requirements impacting DT systems (i.e. DFARS, ITAR, DoD/MoD, etc.)PMP, Security+, or related certificationsSolid influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization Self-starter who collaborates well with others to solve problemsRequirements / QualificationBachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experienceMinimum 3 years of professional experience in IT Product Management or ITNote: Military experience is equivalent to professional experienceEligibility Requirement:
