Staff Training Manager

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Staff Training Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that meet the needs of employees and align with company goals.

Survey and Training Assessment (TA):

Conduct surveys and assessments to identify training needs across the organization.Analyze data to determine key areas for improvement and development.

Evaluation, Design, and Coordination:

Evaluate existing training programs and make enhancements to improve effectiveness.Collaborate with Regional Offices (RO), Employee Management Training Services (EMTS), and related Senior Management Teams (SMTs) to ensure training meets strategic objectives.Coordinate with department heads to integrate training programs seamlessly.

Conduct Training:

Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, ensuring content is delivered effectively and objectives are met.Use a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.

Implement Training Courses (Internal/External):

Oversee the implementation of both internal and external training courses.Manage logistics, scheduling, and resources to ensure successful training delivery.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

Monitor and manage courses on the learning system of Compass and Pursuit.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in training management, program design, and delivery.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with e-learning platforms.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.

Nice to Have:

Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD).
