Overview:

As a UX Designer, you'll create thoughtful design solutions that help users understand and interact with complex data. You'll work within our design system to ensure consistency while pushing our visual language forward. Your work will directly impact how users across the globe interact with Blue Yonder's applications.

Scope:

We're seeking a talented UX Designer to join Blue Yonder's global design team in transforming our enterprise applications. In this role, you'll craft intuitive user experiences with a focus on data visualization, contribute to our design system, and collaborate with designers worldwide to shape the future of our products

Our current technical environment:

Software: Figma, Jira, Adobe Products

What you’ll do:

Create clear, intuitive interfaces for complex data visualization featuresDesign user flows and interactions that simplify complex tasksContribute to and maintain our global design systemCraft high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypesConduct user research to inform design decisionsWork closely with product teams to understand user needsCreate detailed design specifications and assets for developmentCollaborate with a global team of designers to ensure consistent experiencesApply user-centered design principles throughout the design processIterate on designs based on user feedback and research findings

What we are looking for:

5+ years of experience in UX design with a professional portfolio showcasing:Strong visual design skills and attention to detailExperience designing data visualizations and complex interfacesAbility to craft clear user flows and interactionsProficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)Understanding of data visualization principles and best practicesBachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
