Nationally recognized as a quality lead St. Josephs is consistently chosen as the most preferred hospital by local consumers. **Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** The Staffing and Patient Placement Coordinator works in coordination with the RN shift coordinator to coordinate and facilitate a decentralized staffing system for nursing services and ensure that all patients are placed on the appropriate nursing unit to maximize bed utilization.
