Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is actively seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Saint, James, NY.

Position Duties:

Creating Work Rotations & Schedules using Staffing SoftwareTracking Open Positions for RecruitmentAnswering Phones & Dealing with CallersManaging timekeeper softwareEnsuring Shifts are Fully StaffedTracking Attendance & LatenessProcessing mail and emailsDatabase Management

Requirements:

Pleasant disposition and a positive attitudeStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is requiredExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent time management & prioritization skills requiredExperience coordinating general office workflow activities such as distribution of departmental mail, answering phonesCollaborative spirit and willingness to learnPrior Nursing Home experience preferred
