What will I be doing?

Ensure patient’s needs are being met by providing quality scheduling services, seeking their input and making appropriate schedule changes as needed. Provide professional communication both verbal and written while providing exceptional customer service when communicating with employees, patients or Responsible Parties. Maintain open and consistent communication with internal and external customers via phone and email.
