We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

Communicate with medical and dental staff regarding event schedules and availability utilizing communication tools, resources, and systems. Operate efficiently and effectively with a sense of urgency to carry out tasks on an individual and in a team setting.Assign staff to event roles based on skill, evaluations, and availability.Provide confirmation of events to scheduled staff, inclusive of event details, operational requirements, and guidelines.Work with Director of Staffing and Regional Operations team on staffing requirements to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness.Provide On-Call support outside of regular business hours to manage call outs and replacement of staff.Make cold calls and find creative solutions to find staff replacements for last minute call outs and/or to fill no shows at events.Add New staff to staffing systems and update staff information as necessary. Work with the credentialing department on staff credentialing requirements by state/region to ensure staff working events meet requirements. Provide support to the Payroll Department as necessary to resolve staff payroll issues. Provide support to Recruiting team as necessary by screening candidates and completing general onboarding tasks.Provide regular feedback to Director of Staffing on achieving best staffing practices.Partner with Regional Operations team as needed. Answer general staff inquiries via email and calls. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources, Administrative, and/or Customer Service Staffing and/or recruiting experience - preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast based, sometimes high stress environmentProficient with MS Office Able to work weekends and outside of standard business hours for on call supportWith over three decades of experience, we are a trusted industry leader.
